What good is your brand new Viking or Janome machine if you can't use it?! Not much! That is why we include one-on-one Owners Lessons with any new machine purchase for FREE!
Lessons are usually about an hour for each session, but you can come back as many times as needed until you are completely comfortable with operating your new machine!
We are here to help you along every step of the sewing process whether its in person, over the phone, or via email!

Even after many miles of sewing, we are still here for you! Just like anything, even your sewing machines needs a little TLC every once in a while.
We can service and repair all Husqvarna Viking and Janome sewing and embroidery machines as well as sergers even if you didn't purchase it from us! We can also service most other brands as well!
If unfortunate events happen or you just want to keep your machine healthy and well, we can do what it takes to get you back doing what you love the most!
