A Free Arm function has been newly included for the Memory Craft 9500. Using Free Arm hoop C, the Janome exclusive Free Arm function allows you to embroider in hard-to-reach areas like cuffs, pant legs, and children's clothes without having to take apart seams. Embroiders a 2" x 2" area.
Notes:
The update process will reformat your Memory Craft 9500. Before proceeding with the update, please save your designs to an ATA PC Card or to your computer's hard drive. Save your stitch combinations to an ATA PC Card.
Please review the following before downloading:
Click on the link below to download the update file.
 If your browser prompts you for a path, navigate to your desktop and click on OK.
When the download is complete, minimize your browser and look for this icon on your desktop.
Double click on the file you just downloaded in order to install the update to your computer.
Follow the instructions in the Update Help file to install the update.
