3D Software Dongle Fix 1/19/05 There has been a conflict regarding the 3D Embroidery software dongles due to a Windows software update. The update includes a HASP Dongle Driver on the Windows Recommended Updates. This was an earlier version of the dongle driver that Microsoft incorrectly provided without our knowledge. If you have gotten a recent update and have selected this to install, your computer might experience error messages and crashes. If you are having such problems, please do the following steps: 1. Click Here to download the 3D Dongle Driver Installation file and save it to the computer. Please note the Save-in location. 2. Run the saved file (HASPUserSetup.exe) 3. Reboot your computer. 4. Open the 3D Embroidery software. If you have not recently updated your Windows software, please be aware of this and read through the list of updates and unselect the HASP Dongle Driver before installing the updates.
